📋 Description Manage and support cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS. 24x7 rotational shift to support production systems. Monitor resources, respond to incidents, meet SLAs. Assist deployments and changes in production. Collaborate with Dev, Security, and Platform teams. Document runbooks and knowledge base; perform RCA. 🎯 Requirements 3–5 years in Cloud Ops or SRE roles. Hands-on AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS). Linux admin and shell scripting. Cloud monitoring, alerting, and incident mgmt. Networking: DNS, VPN, LB, Firewalls, SGs. IaC: Terraform or CloudFormation (advantage).
