Senior Systems Engineer

📋 Description Own FreeRADIUS proxy architecture and deployment Manage per-partner FreeRADIUS servers and databases Build and maintain provisioning pipeline for credentials and plan attributes Integrate with BNG integration layer and ISP partner configurations Deploy, monitor, and secure all systems infrastructure (CI/CD, scripts, VM management) Design CoA endpoint for real-time plan changes and session disconnects 🎯 Requirements 5+ years systems/network engineering; 2+ years with RADIUS in production ISP/telecom Deep FreeRADIUS expertise: virtual servers, unlang, proxy realms, SQL modules, debugging Strong Linux sysadmin: production servers, deployment scripts, firewalls, OS networking PPPoE authentication, DHCP, IP pool management, BNG interactions with RADIUS Production infra deployment experience with uptime and failover East Africa ISP infra exp; MikroTik networks; CoA/Disconnect mgmt 🎁 Benefits Equity participation available Remote role with East Africa presence preferred (Mombasa core team) Proximity to ISP partner sites advantageous for on-site work
