Senior/Staff Product Designer

📋 Description Own design for key product areas from discovery to shipped product. Translate customer, mission, and product needs into clear workflows. Partner with PMs and engineers to shape product direction and tradeoffs. Simplify complex technical workflows into usable interfaces. Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs. Communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional teams. 🎯 Requirements Experience designing complex B2B/enterprise/technical products. Strong product judgment: identify problems, tradeoffs, and priorities. Excellent interaction design and systems-thinking skills. Strong visual design craft; move quickly without sacrificing quality. Comfort partnering with PMs and engineering.
