Engineering Manager, Platform Team

📋 Description Lead Platform Team to build onboarding, admin, security, and shared UI. Own the technical roadmap; partner with Product Manager on roadmap. Deliver platform services consumed by feature teams; ensure scalability. Manage and mentor engineers across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Role is a player-coach; occasional hands-on contributions when accelerating delivery. Coordinate cross-team dependencies and timelines, risks, and tradeoffs. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. 3-5 years in engineering management, delivering on time. Led teams across frontend, backend, and/or infrastructure. Strong breadth across modern web platforms and backend services. Owned a technical roadmap with prioritization under constraints.
