Senior Software Testing & Release Specialist

Salary: $72,000 - 112,000 per year Requirements: 10+ years of experience in IT 5 years of experience in software testing 3 years of experience in release management Bachelors degree Experience in software testing and release management Responsibilities: Establish and enforce entrance and exit criteria for System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Load and Performance (L&P), and Dry Runs Evaluate release health and give program leaders data-driven Go/No-Go recommendations Coordinate release schedules, testing scope, environment readiness, and dependencies across product teams Lead daily triage meetings, monitor critical defects, and resolve test data and environment blockers Identify delivery bottlenecks and process inefficiencies to reduce testing cycle times Apply workflow automation and AI-driven capabilities, including smart test scoping and automated status reporting, to improve the release lifecycle Track and report release metrics such as execution velocity, defect aging, pass/fail trends, and risk profiles Create dashboards that inform stakeholders about progress, risks, and mitigations Technologies: AI More: We are HTC Global Services, where you can build new capabilities and advance your career as a Senior Software Testing & Release Management Specialist.
