Senior Software Engineer Remote

Salary: $81000 - 171000 per year Requirements: We need strong proficiency in Python 3, Java, Rust, TypeScript, C++, or Go. We look for a solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning. We want demonstrated experience debugging complex software issues and delivering maintainable fixes. We value a strong background in feature development and codebase refactoring. We expect proven ability to improve software performance and scalability. Responsibilities: We apply expert-level coding knowledge to bug fixing, feature implementation, codebase refactoring, and performance optimization across multiple programming languages. We analyze and improve software codebases to enhance clarity, maintainability, and efficiency. We collaborate with multidisciplinary teams by sharing feedback and insights that help improve AI models. We build robust solutions and document best practices to support scalable AI training workflows. We review existing system architecture and recommend technical strategies for the best outcomes. We communicate technical findings and project progress clearly in both written and verbal form. We support the ongoing improvement of AI systems by contributing real-world engineering expertise in challenging scenarios.
