Remote Software Developer

Salary: $66000 - 132000 per year Requirements: We want 3+ years of hands-on software development experience with one or more of these areas: Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, Node.js, Android, iOS, or full-stack development. We need strong capability in building scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems. We value experience working in remote, collaborative, and agile environments. We expect familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines. We look for excellent problem-solving ability and a sharp eye for detail. We require strong written and verbal communication skills with a high standard of clarity and professionalism. We want someone who is self-directed, proactive, and able to work independently in a distributed setting. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred. Knowledge of DevOps practices and containerization technologies is preferred. Background in mentoring or leading small engineering teams is preferred. Responsibilities: We design, build, and maintain scalable back-end and full-stack applications using Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, or Node.js. We collaborate closely with cross-functional teammates to deliver high-quality software that adapts to changing business needs. We write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following strong software engineering practices. We troubleshoot, debug, and refine existing codebases to improve performance and reliability. We take part in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning to support continuous improvement. We contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design through testing and deployment. We communicate clearly and thoughtfully in writing and speaking across distributed teams.
