Senior Software Engineer II (Hybrid)

📋 Description Own identity end-to-end: auth, session lifecycle, authorization in a multi-tenant context. Model complex authorization with RBAC/ABAC for multi-tenant teams. Build scalable notification infrastructure: push, email, in-app delivery. Drive architectural decisions: RFCs, design reviews, technical direction. Ship with velocity: production-grade systems delivered quickly. Build with AI: integrate AI tooling into engineering workflows. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years backend engineering with ownership of production systems at scale. Identity systems expertise: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML; session + token lifecycle. Experience designing multi-tenant identity models across orgs. Hands-on experience building or operating notification infrastructure. Strong backend language skills (Ruby/Go/Python) and relational DB design.
