Senior Software Engineer, Growth

📋 Description Build and ship behavior-based UX across Ironwood Digital products. Design end-to-end growth experiments from hypothesis to analysis. Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and Ops to improve funnel metrics. Write production-grade code across the stack: frontend (React/JS), backend (Go/Python). Leverage A/B testing frameworks and in-app engagement tools. Share outcomes and recommendations with stakeholders; may require on-call rotation. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years software engineering, incl growth engineering and experimentation. Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React; Go for backend. Hands-on experience with A/B tests and feature flags in production. Familiarity with analytics/experimentation tools (Adobe Target, Unleash, Looker).
