ML Engineer

📋 Description Design, train, evaluate, and ship ML systems for governance and security. Build data pipelines, feature stores, model serving, and evaluation harnesses. Make pragmatic build-vs-buy calls using frontier models and managed services. Set technical direction; own architecture, evaluation, and model lifecycle. Help recruit, mentor, and shape the Intelligence team. This role may require participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation for the Agentic Platform. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of deep ML/AI with production systems. 4+ years of backend/infrastructure engineering. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Built ML systems: data pipelines, serving, evaluation, monitoring. Experience with LLM-based systems in production.
