Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description Design, build and operate JVM-based microservices. Own services end-to-end: architecture, deployment and monitoring. Apply async programming, backpressure, memory and GC tuning. Build event-driven systems with Kafka; streaming and schemas. Instrument observability: metrics, logs, traces; define SLIs/SLOs. Design REST/gRPC APIs; ensure resilient service-to-service communication. 🎯 Requirements Strong experience building and operating production JVM backend services (Java/Kotlin). Distributed systems and microservice design fundamentals. Async and reactive programming: CompletableFuture, Reactor, RxJava, Kotlin coroutines. Containers, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
