Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description Be an integral member of a cross-functional team in an agile environment Develop platform capabilities to meet business requirements Determine operational feasibility of proposed solutions Validate solutions using proofs of concepts and prototypes Write simple, maintainable, extensible, testable, and performant code Collaborate with the team to adopt new concepts/technologies Make informed decisions quickly and own services at scale Explore AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity and code quality Mentor and support junior team members 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field 6+ years of experience developing commercial software Experience with Web Service APIs using Java and Spring Experience delivering solutions on GCP or AWS with a broad set of services Experience working in a collaborative setting You are a problem solver Demonstrate humility, empathy and support for colleagues Curious about emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development, and apply sound engineering judgment when adopting new tools
