Senior Software Engineer

Salary: $150000 - 218000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience 4+ years of professional experience Experience working with Kubernetes and containerization technologies Proficiency in Python, C++, Go, or JavaScript Familiarity with modern development practices, including CI/CD pipelines and microservices architectures Active TS/SCI clearance with U.S. citizenship required Preferred: experience building software in classified environments Preferred: experience with software architectures that support signal processing capabilities Preferred: strong background developing containerized Python applications with Docker Preferred: hands-on experience deploying and operating applications in Kubernetes, including manifests, Helm charts, and ArgoCD configurations Preferred: experience with AWS services Preferred: familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform Preferred: ability to communicate technical concepts, requirements, and system designs to customers, including non-technical stakeholders Preferred: experience in customer meetings, technical deep dives, architecture discussions, and design reviews Preferred: experience producing technical documentation, diagrams, and presentations for customers Responsibilities: Take part in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design through testing and deployment Design, build, and support Kubernetes-based microservices using Python, Go, JavaScript, React, and other languages Contribute to the React frontend and use open-source tools for continuous deployment, event-driven automation, and infrastructure management Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines Produce clean, well-documented code and uphold quality through code reviews and best practices Improve software performance, scalability, and user experience Diagnose and resolve issues in Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications Develop and maintain Kubernetes Operators and Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs) Help ensure security and compliance requirements are met Stay current on industry best practices and emerging software development trends Technologies: AWS ArgoCD CI/CD Docker Frontend Helm Support JavaScript Kubernetes Python React Security Terraform microservices Cloud Azure DevOps GCP More: We are BCubed Engineering, an Keystone AI company, and we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for our Stoic Warrior program.
