Senior Software Developer – AI Data Engineer

📋 Description Design scalable data ingestion pipelines for multi-modal data. Build and scale retrieval infra: vector storage, embeddings, hybrid search. Develop agent memory systems and pipelines for AI signals. Apply data quality, governance, access control, and lineage. Monitor and optimize AI data pipelines for reliability and cost. Design evaluation workflows for AI systems (offline testing). Lead platform evolution with clear contracts between AI services and data. 🎯 Requirements Strong software engineering fundamentals; end-to-end features. Production experience with distributed systems (async, retries, eventual consistency). Hands-on with data pipelines for AI systems (embeddings, retrieval, feedback). Experience with AI data infrastructure: vector databases, search, or graph storage. Experience with retrieval systems (RAG), embeddings, or hybrid search. Experience with agent frameworks, memory systems, or orchestration of tool-using AI systems. Experience operating production systems: monitoring, incident response, continuous improvement.
