Establish reference architectures, standards, and guardrails. Mentor teams on AI-assisted workflows, data quality. Oversee data layer re-architecture for Sherlock products. Drive data observability, lineage, and governance. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in software and data engineering; 5+ in leadership. Deep AWS data platform design: lakehouse, medallion, ETL/ELT. Hands-on AI tooling to improve architecture and workflows. Hands-on with MongoDB, DocumentDB, MS SQL Server, DynamoDB, Redis/Valkey. AWS data services: S3, Athena, Glue Catalog, Lake Formation, EMR, Iceberg.
