Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior Sinequa Developer (Search & GenAI) Responsibilities: Deep Sinequa Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with the Sinequa platform (architecture, indexing, and configuration). We are specifically looking for specialists, not generalists transitioning from other legacy big data platforms Search Relevance: Proven track record in optimizing search relevance, ranking algorithms, and tuning performance for complex datasets GenAI & Innovation: Knowledge of Generative AI and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks to support modern workstreams Consultative Approach: Ability to work closely with both IT and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Requirements: Deep, hands‑on expertise with the Sinequa platform, including architecture, indexing, and configuration; this role requires a true Sinequa specialist rather than a generalist transitioning from other legacy big data platforms Proven experience in search relevance optimization, including tuning ranking algorithms and improving performance for complex and large datasets Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks to support modern, AI‑driven search use cases Ability to apply a consultative approach, working closely with both IT and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions Strong technical autonomy and capability to drive and lead advanced search solutions Proactive mindset with the ability to contribute to the development of next‑generation enterprise search experiences Very good command of English, both spoken and written Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Training & learning opportunities Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
