Data Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
– Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure delivery of high-quality IT solutions
– Support the design of advanced solutions around data and analytics
– Work closely with stakeholders to understand expected outcomes and gather business requirements
– Manage delivery dependencies across teams and organizational units
– Work in an Agile environment as part of a cross-functional delivery team
– Apply a solution-oriented and analytical approach to tasks
– Handle complex end-to-end solutions and processes
– Quickly understand new technologies at a high level and ask the right questions
– Communicate effectively and collaborate with business users
Requirements:
– Strong SQL skills, including reading and writing code
– Extensive experience in data analysis, data hygienez, data quality and solution design
– Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience
– Experience working with complex requirements
– Knowledge of Hive
– Familiarity with basic concepts of machine learning, CI/CD pipelines, and big data
– Good communication skills
– Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
– Very good command of English, both spoken and written
