Senior Python Engineer

📋 Description Take ownership of backend services from design through deployment and maintenance Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python/Django backend services Architect distributed systems to support millions of users with low latency Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps to ship features on tight timelines Lead and mentor junior engineers via code reviews and architecture discussions Own APIs, data pipelines, and messaging (Kafka) and caching 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of professional Python backend development with ownership and delivery Solid Django experience with asyncio Production experience with Apache Kafka Strong experience with distributed systems (microservices) Docker and Kubernetes experience (Kubernetes a plus) Proficient with PostgreSQL; NoSQL is a plus 🎁 Benefits Fully remote work environment.
