📋 Description Build predictive models for marketing: LTV, churn, CAC payback, and propensity-to-convert. Own marketing attribution and incrementality across paid channels. Quantify the causal impact and long-term value of promotions and lifecycle campaigns. Apply causal inference methods (geo experiments, synthetic control, diff-in-diff, uplift) when A/B tests aren't possible. Partner with growth to design, run, and read experiments: A/B tests, geo-tests, holdouts. Develop dashboards for real-time channel performance, cohorts, promo ROI, and funnel health. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years as data scientist, marketing or growth analyst in consumer apps or gaming/fintech. Strong SQL skills with large, messy datasets. Hands-on Python modeling: LTV, churn, propensity with scikit-learn/XGBoost. Experience evaluating long-term/incremental marketing impact; distinguishing responders from influenced. Knowledge of causal inference methods (diff-in-diff, synthetic control, uplift) and when to apply.
