📋 Description Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Issue & Exception Management. Build exception management from the ground up with upmarket sales; scope MVP. Lead agentic AI: design AI-powered workflows to surface risks and route actions. Conduct deep enterprise customer discovery to shape scalable solutions. Partner with GTM to align product with pipeline and messaging. Define success metrics and use data to guide roadmap decisions. 🎯 Requirements 6–8 years of PM in B2B SaaS building for enterprise workflows. Proven AI/agentic product experience with differentiating features. Commercial fluency and GTM partnership with sales/solutions. Comfort building in greenfield spaces with ambiguity.
