Lead the Reporting team to enhance Aperture Cloud's AI-powered compliance and security reporting platform.
At Aperture Cloud, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Aperture Cloud has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Aperture Cloud without it.
As an Engineering Manager leading our Reporting team, you will lead a newly structured team focused on a critical product area within GRC Program Orchestration. This role represents an exciting opportunity to shape the future of how Aperture Cloud customers understand, visualize, and operationalize their compliance and security programs.
This team is focused on evolving Aperture Cloud’s reporting platform beyond dashboards into a scalable, AI-powered reporting experience. The team owns core initiatives across enterprise reporting, historical analytics, AI-assisted insights, and certified data infrastructure powering in-product experiences.
This role sits at the intersection of data products, enterprise scalability, and product innovation. As reporting becomes increasingly foundational to enterprise growth, customer retention, and Aperture Cloud’s long-term AI strategy, this role will play a key role in shaping engineering execution, cross-functional alignment, and the long-term technical direction of one of Aperture Cloud’s critical product investments.

About Aperture Cloud
We started in 2018, in the wake of several high-profile data breaches. Online security was only becoming more important, but we knew firsthand how hard it could be for fast-growing companies to invest the time and manpower it takes to build a solid security foundation. Aperture Cloud was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world's leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged.
Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check— is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Aperture Cloud to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust— all in a way that's real-time and transparent.
