Own product discovery and recommendations, partnering with teams to enhance viewer engagement and measure impact.
📋 Description Own discovery across search, browse, and live feed; help viewers form first connections. Define what viewers want from recommendations and close discovery gaps. Partner with ML scientists, PMs, and engineers to translate needs into ranking and relevance. Hands-on in design, data science, and engineering; ship experiments and measure impact. Be the viewer voice across teams; align roadmaps and navigate ambiguity. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of Product Management experience. Experience with discovery, search, recommendations, or ML-powered products. Strong analytical skills; translate data trends and experiments into decisions. Strong written and verbal communication; precise articulation of customer problems.
