Senior Product Manager

📋 Description Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Nabla Dictation product, be accountable for its Lead user-centric discovery: run interviews, dig into user feedback, shadow clinicians, and Work day to day with ML, backend, and frontend engineers to turn model capabilities into a product Partner with Design to make sophisticated technology feel simple, including edge cases and failure Support deployment with clients, including enterprise health systems, and keep stakeholders Define what good looks like: set quality bar and metrics for model performance, adoption 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of product management experience in a technical or engineering-heavy environment. Experience working with ML teams on products where model quality drives user value, comfort with Strong user empathy, willingness to dive deep into clinician workflows, track record of removing Excellent product judgment and UX sensibility: identify high-value problems, define strategy, ship Proven ability to collaborate with frontend, backend, and ML engineers.
