📋 Description Lead ambitious ML projects, collaborating with multiple engineers to deliver impactful solutions. Go beyond ambient scribing to fully redefine clinicians' workflows with AI, unlocking Propose and guide experiments, model architectures, and data-labeling strategies to improve our Implement, train, and deploy models in production, ensuring scalability and robustness in a live Optimize R&D processes, enabling the team to ship new models quickly and confidently as we Stay at the cutting edge of AI research, sharing expertise and fostering technical growth within 🎯 Requirements Deep expertise in machine learning: You have extensive (5+ years) experience in training and Strong leadership skills: Proven ability to lead ML projects, collaborate across teams, and mentor Advanced Python coding skills: You write clean, production-ready code. Vision for AI in healthcare: Passion for going beyond the status quo to redefine workflows and Fluent in English: You communicate clearly and effectively.
