Senior Product Manager

📋 Description Own end-to-end Titlewave ecommerce (discovery to post-purchase); set vision/roadmap. Design and run experiments to optimize conversion and educator adoption. Balance educator needs with content partner priorities in the marketplace. Collaborate with Eng, Design, and Data to turn strategy into requirements. Conduct ongoing customer research to understand educator needs and adoption barriers. Define product strategy, roadmap, and success criteria; align teams with data. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, technology, education, or related field; equivalent experience; MBA a plus. 5+ years of product management in ecommerce, SaaS, EdTech, or digital marketplaces; track record of optimizing conversion and revenue. Expertise in A/B testing, experimentation, and quantitative analysis. Strong ecommerce fundamentals: funnel optimization, pricing, marketplace dynamics. Proven cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM; ability to align stakeholders.
