Senior Product Designer

📋 Description Lead end-to-end product design for complex initiatives. Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to identify problems and deliver value. Shape discovery, workflows, and interaction models from concept to launch. Set design standards, mentor designers, and share frameworks across the team. Contribute to AI-enabled features, including trust signals and fallbacks. Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specs for handoff. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in product design; strong portfolio. Experience contributing to design systems and cross-product consistency. Experience designing SaaS/platform apps; strong problem framing and outcomes. Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools; AI-assisted research. Ability to lead design critiques and coach other designers.
