📋 Description Own a problem space outright: find what is actually broken, decide what we build, get it shipped Find customer problems, including ones nobody has asked for, by analyzing usage data, support Decide what we build—define a roadmap with what happens now, what waits, and what we choose not to Be honest before engineering starts: define the problem, audience, metrics, what we're knowingly Equip Sales, CS, Marketing, and Support with positioning, documentation, enablement, and Hold the uncomfortable conversation a few weeks later with evidence: double down, leave alone, or 🎯 Requirements Five to eight years shipping product, ideally B2B SaaS, owning the outcome rather than the sprint Reason from first principles and can show your working Able to bring others along when making unexpected calls Comfortable with visibility, pressure, and an unsettled scope Used AI to do real product work and have opinions about where it helps and where it doesn't Engineering, Design, and PMM move in the same direction when you're in the room
