📋 Description Own UX strategy for data-intensive workflows and dashboards Design scalable, role-based SaaS experiences that simplify decisions Translate multi-source enterprise data into clear user actions Drive experimentation using behavioral analytics and A/B testing Establish and evolve a scalable design system in Figma Present UX insights and strategy to senior stakeholders 🎯 Requirements 8–14 years of product/UX design experience in SaaS or enterprise B2B environments Proven experience designing complex, workflow-driven, role-based systems Advanced Figma expertise with scalable component libraries Experience establishing and governing design systems Experience building or scaling enterprise dashboards, analytics platforms, or operational tools Experience leveraging behavioral analytics tools (PostHog, Full Story, GA, Power BI)
