📋 Description Design, build, and maintain backend services powering FC operations. Own reliability and correctness of transactional systems for FC ops. Lead technical design within your pod—architecture decisions and code review. Identify systemic issues: bottlenecks, data gaps, fragile integrations. Debug and resolve production issues quickly with clear stakeholder updates. Collaborate with product and FC teams to translate requirements into sound software design. Mentor SE II engineers. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years SDE backend experience. Deep proficiency in C# and .NET; lead production services. ML pipelines experience (Python, dbt, Dagster). SQL Server / PostgreSQL experience. AI tooling: Claude Code for development workflows.
