Senior Product Designer

📋 Description Own end-to-end design for growth surfaces across the lifecycle. Design growth loops and lifecycle experiences (referrals, pricing, packaging). Balance multiple workstreams; know when to deep craft vs ship fast. Contribute to and maintain Meridian Softworks's design system for consistency. Run lightweight user research to ground design decisions. Work with engineers to ship designs quickly. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of product design experience with strong UX/UI portfolio and measurable impact. Experience designing for complex, data-dense or catalogue-heavy products (marketplace). Fluent in UX (flows, IA, usability) and UI (visual design, design systems). Proven ability to ship quickly in high-velocity environments with engineers. Experience running or contributing to user research and translating insights.
