Senior Fullstack Engineer

📋 Description Build and ship full-stack features that grow revenue, conversion, and retention. Design architecture for growth features, experiments, and monetization flows. Identify and build growth loops like referrals and pricing experiments. Use AI coding tools as a core part of your workflow and share learnings. Run end-to-end A/B experiments: implement, instrument, analyze, iterate. Mentor junior engineers and shape a fast, craft-driven engineering culture. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years full-stack experience with TypeScript/Node.js and React. Bias for action; ship quickly and learn, not deliberate. Fluent use of AI coding tools in daily workflow. Experience building/instrumenting A/B tests and feature flags. Comfort working close to the product; reading dashboards and metrics.
