Senior Product Designer (AIR)

📋 Description Design and deliver high-quality UIs with wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Lead large-scale design initiatives from vision to execution. Collaborate with PMs, developers, and researchers to define problems and goals. Communicate design concepts and decisions to promote alignment. Collaborate with UX Research & Analytics to validate ideas with data. Improve design processes and contribute to the design system for consistency. 🎯 Requirements At least 5 years of UI/UX design experience. Comfort in a fast-moving environment where product, tech, and priorities evolve quickly. Experience designing complex functional interfaces. Willingness to dive into complex topics related to programming. Ability to prototype, verify, present, and reason about UI/UX solutions.
