Founding ML Engineer

📋 Description Designing and building ML/LLM solution for data ingestion, retrieval, and reasoning. Creating datasets, metrics, and pipelines driving improvements. Architecting agents for context retrieval, prompting, and model selection. Establishing MLOps practices: orchestration, observability, experiment tracking. Collaborating with engineering and Brightpath Technologies Research on roadmap. Defining hiring criteria and growing the ML team. 🎯 Requirements ML/AI Lead with 5+ years in ML/AI; 2+ years in LLMs. Deep understanding of the LLM ecosystem: architectures and fine-tuning. Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLM pipelines, evaluation. Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangSmith, or smolagents. Vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) patterns.
