Senior Mobile Software Engineer

📋 Description Collaborate with engineers and leaders to ship products on solid foundations. Build high-quality mobile experiences using Flutter and Kotlin Multiplatform (iOS/Android). Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes. Lead the team to execute short- and long-term roadmaps. Balance business priorities, UX, and sustainable tech decisions. Identify and lead large projects to evolve early products and improve reliability. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years software development, with at least 3 years mobile. Proven track record shipping mobile apps on Android and iOS. Strong understanding of responsive design and UI/UX. Experience aligning across engineering teams and stakeholders.
