📋 Description Lead complex IT initiatives for Northwind Robotics's Corporate IT team. Serve as escalation point and mentor for E2/E3 engineers. Manage executive support, terminations, and offboarding. Partner with Security, People, Finance, and ELT on IT needs. Build automations and runbooks with Automation Engineers. Drive user experience across SaaS and identity stack. 🎯 Requirements 5-7 years IT support, 2+ years in senior/lead role at a fast-growing company. Hands-on with SaaS/identity stacks: Okta, Jamf, Intune, Google Workspace, Jira. AV/conferencing and physical access systems: Crestron, Q-SYS, Brivo, Meraki. Collaborate with Security, People, Finance, and executives; exec support. Automation, runbooks, AI-enabled workflows; partner with Automation Engineers.
