Salary: $156,000 - 172,640 per year Requirements: Strong program and project management experience, preferably leading complex, cross-functional technology or business transformation initiatives. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, timelines, and deliverables. Strong business analysis and requirements facilitation experience. Responsibilities: Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, milestones, budget, quality, and implementation. Drive the program roadmap and align business objectives, project priorities, workstreams, and delivery activities. Coordinate across business stakeholders, technical teams, data and integration teams, and implementation partners. Maintain effective communication with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership. Prepare and facilitate recurring project and status meetings, sprint ceremonies, and Steering Committee meetings. Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, and drive mitigation and resolution. Support change management throughout the project lifecycle. Develop project plans, status reports, decision materials, documentation, and other program artifacts. Lead requirements workshops with business and technical stakeholders to identify, clarify, prioritize, and document business and functional requirements. Translate business needs into SMART, actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams. Ask probing questions, identify ambiguity and gaps, and help stakeholders turn concepts and desired outcomes into clear requirements. Partner with business and technical teams to refine the product backlog and prioritize requirements and capabilities. Facilitate sprint planning and execution with project leadership, solution architects, and delivery teams. Support the development of foundational processes, governance, and Center of Excellence capabilities as appropriate.
