Senior IT Engineer

📋 Description Manage endpoints across macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, and VDI for performance. Administer enterprise browser policy, extensions, and secure defaults. Build and maintain no-code/low-code automation (Tines Okta) to automate tasks. Use infrastructure as code to standardize provisioning and configuration. Own Solstice Analytics's cloud-hosted VDI environment and underlying servers. Collaborate with IT, Security, and Risk Management to protect Solstice Analytics's assets. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years IT Engineering experience designing and maintaining scalable systems. Excellent understanding of endpoint management across platforms (MDM, BYOD, MAM). Fluency with scripting and APIs via Bash, Python, or low-code tools. Experience packaging and deploying software idempotently. Proficiency with AI coding assistants and agentic tooling for integrations.
