📋 Description Design and operate a global compliance change management framework. Maintain a structured view of compliance landscape and risks. Lead compliance-impact assessments for new regulations and launches. Facilitate risk workshops with cross-functional teams. Translate regulatory requirements into practical controls. Identify gaps and track remediation with clear accountability. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in GRC, security compliance, privacy, IT risk, or related field. Managed or contributed to a global compliance framework or program. Built or improved a compliance change management or control mapping process. Hands-on experience facilitating risk assessments and remediation planning. Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR or CCPA.
