Lead teams building regulatory and compliance tech for various clients, translating regulatory needs into solutions.
📋 Description Lead teams building regulatory and compliance tech for Vantage Compute, Wolt, and DoorDash. Define long-term product strategy for the regulatory compliance stack. Translate regulatory needs from legal, finance, and engineering into solutions. Build internal tools, APIs, and automation for KYC, AML, and audits. Grow and coach senior Product Managers across roadmaps. Collaborate with Licensing, Tax, Legal, and Finance to stay ahead. 🎯 Requirements Strong grasp of EU regs: AML/CTF, KYC, KYB, Tax, invoicing. Experience turning legal requirements into product designs. Experience leading Product Managers and aligning senior stakeholders. Technical fluency with APIs, data models, audits, and reporting.
