Senior IAM / PAM Engineer

Responsibilities: Support and drive progress in the multifactor authentication (MFA) project Work in mixed on‑premise and hybrid environments Manage and support identity and access management (IAM) processes, including user access and AD group memberships Perform advanced troubleshooting, including analysis of logs and system behavior Collaborate with technical SMEs to resolve issues and ensure solution alignment Coordinate activities across teams to maintain project momentum and delivery Requirements: Experience working in on‑premise and hybrid environments Strong experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), including Active Directory group memberships Proven experience in advanced troubleshooting, including working with logs Experience collaborating and coordinating with technical SMEs Strong communication and collaboration skills Fluent English (spoken and written) Nice to have: Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPOs) Knowledge of network infrastructure Experience working with VPN solutions Experience with SAML integrations with VPN Experience with Cisco AnyConnect Experience with Windows Hello for Business configuration Experience with Entra ID Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
