Senior Fullstack Engineer, Growth & Monetization

📋 Description Work across stack (React, TS, Python, Go) to deliver features driving growth Build flexible experimentation systems to target diverse growth metrics Participate in data-driven growth experiments across onboarding to monetization Design and ship onboarding features that accelerate time to value Build growth levers like usage-based guardrails, upgrade triggers, and CTAs Collaborate with product, design, GTM, and analytics to execute growth opportunities 🎯 Requirements Extensive fullstack experience with React, TypeScript, Go, and/or Python Strong product intuition with monetization, pricing, or activation experience Familiarity with usage metering, subscriptions, and pricing experiments Experience with REST APIs, Postgres, Redis, and modern backend infra Startup DNA; thrive in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments Self-directed with ownership mindset Bonus: experience building for developers or product-led growth Bonus: familiarity with LLMs, GenAI or agentic frameworks 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible vacation 401(k) plan Meals on in-office days in the US
