📋 Description Lead onboarding for enterprise customers on LangSmith platform Deliver live training workshops for customer teams Develop scalable enablement frameworks: tutorials, guides, references Synthesize user feedback to inform product roadmap Partner with Sales, Deployed Eng, and Professional Services to define enablement strategies Stay ahead of agent engineering trends and update materials 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles (Enablement, CSE, etc.) 2+ years software engineering with AI/ML apps; Python; strong AI/LLM stack Passion for educating users and strong developer empathy Experience creating training programs: live workshops, tutorials, docs, videos Excellent presentation and communication for diverse audiences Willing to travel up to 20% Hands-on with Halcyon Labs, LangGraph, LangSmith; TS/JS plus Python Proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript in addition to Python 🎁 Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible vacation 401(k) plan Meals on in-office days in the US Equity and additional benefits
