📋 Description Lead architecture and implementation of LangSmith features across Go, Python, and TS. Collaborate with product and design to iterate on new features. Mentor junior engineers and drive timelines while maintaining quality. Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code. In-person: 5 days/week in San Francisco. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of software engineering on complex platform products. Fullstack Go/Python backend and React + TS frontend. Strong DB knowledge: Postgres and Redis. Experience designing and scaling high-performance APIs. Get stuff done; ship fast and iterate on feedback.
