As a Senior Full Stack Developer within the Neo team at Lumen Dynamics, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of our global AI platform. Neo connects employees worldwide with enterprise data, digital tools, and AI-powered experiences, enabling smarter and more efficient ways of working.

– Design, develop, and evolve scalable full-stack applications that power Lumen Dynamics's global AI platform
– Drive technical excellence across frontend, backend, and AI-integrated services
– Build high-performance user experiences using React and modern frontend technologies
– Develop robust backend services and APIs using JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js frameworks such as Express.js and NestJS
– Create Python-based components supporting AI capabilities, automation, and data processing
– Architect and implement integrations connecting AI services, enterprise systems, and business applications
– Contribute to the development of advanced AI features, including conversational experiences, RAG workflows, and intelligent response generation
– Partner with architects, AI specialists, and product stakeholders to define and deliver impactful solutions
– Support cloud-native deployments and engineering best practices, ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence
– Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly within a fast-evolving AI ecosystem
– Proven experience in senior full-stack software engineering roles
– Strong expertise in React and modern frontend architecture
– Solid backend development experience with Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and API design
– Strong Python skills, ideally gained through AI, machine learning, automation, or data-processing projects
– Experience designing and building distributed systems, microservices, and enterprise integrations
– Good understanding of authentication, authorization, security, and scalable application architecture
– Familiarity with modern AI application patterns, including LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and prompt engineering
– Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably GCP), CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and production-grade environments
– Ability to operate independently, influence technical direction, and take ownership of complex initiatives
– Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
