Senior Full-Stack / AI Engineer (React + Node)

Our Client is an international technology company developing modern cloud-based digital products and AI solutions. The project focuses on building full-stack applications, AI agents, and platform components that are deployed directly to production and have a real impact on user experience. We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack / AI Engineer who wants to combine classical software engineering with modern AI patterns and take ownership of architecture and the quality of delivered solutions. 📍 WORK MODE: 100% remote (international team) 🧑‍💻 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Designing and implementing full-stack applications, AI agents, and platform components in a cloud environment Building developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and observability solutions to support fast and secure iterations Applying Secure SDLC principles and a privacy-by-design approach throughout the entire development process Working closely with product teams, UX, and domain experts to deliver measurable business value Using modern LLM (Large Language Model) patterns such as RAG, routing, tool-use, and evals to improve solution quality, trust, and cost efficiency Co-creating system architecture, mentoring engineers, and taking responsibility for larger technical initiatives 🔍 REQUIREMENTS: Must-have: Minimum 8 years of commercial experience in software engineering Strong full-stack experience with React and Node.js, and hands-on work in the cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Expert-level knowledge in at least one of the following areas, with solid understanding of the others: AI agent development and evaluation Backend and frontend development Cloud services, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), software quality, and testing strategy Secure SDLC and privacy by design Proven experience delivering secure, cloud-native systems to production High level of ownership, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication English proficiency at B2/C1 level, enabling effective work in an international team Nice-to-have: Experience taking AI agents from concept to production Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, RAG systems, and OpenSearch Experience with classical Machine Learning (training, deployment, monitoring) Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. SOC 2, HIPAA) 🤝 WHY JOIN?
