Senior Experience Designer

Keystone AI Product Design Office is looking for a Senior Experience Designer in Croatia, Poland or Ukraine. ABOUT PROJECT Our client is an international, specialized provider of engineering software solutions in the aviation industry. REQUIREMENTS Strong experience with Figma Experience creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes Strong understanding of UX principles and modern UI design practices Knowledge of HTML and CSS Experience collaborating closely with development teams Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components Strong communication and stakeholder management skills RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Experience design across complex digital products Conduct UX research and apply insights to design decisions Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma Work with data-heavy interfaces (e.g., AG Grid) Lead, mentor, and coordinate junior designers Upper-Intermediate English level Aviation and aerospace skills as a nice to have We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
