Senior Director, Information Security

Salary: $33000 - 61000 per year Requirements: We need 15+ years of progressive software engineering experience focused on IAM solution development, including at least 5 years working directly with SailPoint IdentityIQ and ISC. We require a bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; an advanced degree is preferred. We are looking for strong full-stack development capability using Java, Beanshell, REST/SOAP APIs, and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. We need experience integrating SailPoint IIQ/ISC with directory services like Active Directory and LDAP, as well as SSO/MFA solutions and enterprise cloud platforms including Azure and AWS. We expect a solid understanding of financial regulatory frameworks affecting IAM, including SOC1, SOX, GLBA, and PCI DSS, along with risk-based access controls. We require hands-on experience building custom connectors, role models, and provisioning workflows in SailPoint. We value familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, Git, and Azure DevOps, plus agile delivery practices. We need deep knowledge of information security, identity governance, and least-privilege access principles. Responsibilities: We will have the person architect, develop, and deploy scalable IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ/ISC and related integrations to support secure, compliant identity lifecycle management across the enterprise. We will expect them to establish and uphold development standards, security controls, and code review processes aligned with risk, audit, and compliance requirements such as SOC1, SOX, FFIEC, and GLBA. We will have them partner with senior technology and business leaders to define and execute the IAM strategy, roadmap, and modernization efforts that support digital banking and regulatory readiness. We will rely on them to drive efficiency through automation, reusable frameworks, and continuous integration practices that improve speed to market while preserving compliance and control. We will have them lead and develop a team of SailPoint engineers and full-stack developers aligned with business and security priorities. We will expect them to build a high-performing, inclusive, and accountable team culture centered on technical excellence, innovation, and professional growth. We will have them provide strategic perspective on identity security trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to financial services. We will expect close collaboration with risk, compliance, audit, and cybersecurity teams to ensure controls are embedded in solution design and execution.
