📋 Description Define multi-year strategy for Meridian Softworks's security researcher community and align with outcomes. Own product strategy, roadmap, and profitability of the Live Hacking Events suite. Lead professional-services delivery of live hacking engagements end-to-end. Drive customer segmentation and management for the community and events. Set and deliver researcher growth and expansion goals. Champion AI First principles to create scalable, high-quality experiences. 🎯 Requirements 12+ years across security/bug bounty, professional services, delivery, and community leadership. Direct domain experience in security, professional services, client management, or bug bounty. Experience owning a product line or P&L with profitability and growth targets. Experience managing complex customer delivery and segmentation across global accounts. Experience building and executing growth strategies with measurable impact.
