📋 Description Lead production AI delivery with agentic workflows end-to-end. Define AI engineering quality with eval frameworks and pipelines. Build scalable, secure AI systems using first principles. Design AI-first workflows with LLMs, tools, retrieval, and human-in-the-loop. Collaborate across engineering, product, and design; mentor engineers. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of software engineering in modern SaaS. Hands-on production AI features, LLM workflows, or agents. Agentic architectures and LLM evals: tools, retrieval, and evaluation pipelines. Proficiency in Ruby, JavaScript, or Python; scalable backend. PostgreSQL and AWS for distributed systems.
