📋 Description Own architectural decisions for Open Source projects. Lead medium-to-large projects from planning to support. Develop Agent Hooks and IDE plugins for developer workflows. Collaborate with AI, product, and security teams. Remote work within Canada and the US. Mentor contributors and uphold quality in OSS. 🎯 Requirements Significant software development experience with end-to-end ownership. Strong command of Git, IDEs, terminal, debugging and testing tools. Experience designing extensible systems, developer tooling, or IDE extensions. Ability to set technical direction and scalable, secure architecture. Proven experience with public/open-source collaboration.
